Warranty

Most products include a 6-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Fullcart member orders include a 1-year limited warranty for covered defects.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty coverage applies only to purchases from authorized sellers, including the official store, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. Purchases from unauthorized resellers or resale marketplaces are not eligible.

To start a warranty review, open the order in your account, choose the product-quality reason, and add photos with a short description of the issue. Our support team will review the request and confirm the outcome.
